Mindy Gold is the founder and principal consultant of Gold Learning Solutions. Gold blends the power of digital and non-digital technologies to create communities of learners around reflective practice in online and face-to-face learning. She has spent her career working and conducting research on educational leadership, participatory action research methodologies, professional learning, and educational technology. She has authored, co-authored, and contributed to multiple research projects.

Mindy is a faculty member of the Mandel Teacher Educator Institute (MTEI) and an instructor at Hebrew Union College. From 2018-2023, she served as MTEI's Graduate Program Leader, helping to expand the reach and participation of a network of over 250 graduates. In 2021-2022, she was the scholar-in-residence for Jewish LearningWorks’ Bonnie Tenenbaum Digital Learning Initiative. She has coached education leaders in the Spertus Institute for Jewish Learning and Leadership.
Mindy received her Ed.D. in Educational Leadership and Organizational Development from the University of Louisville.. She holds a Master’s in Teaching from National Louis University (Chicago, IL) and a Certificate in Jewish Education from The University of Cincinnati. Her affinity for inquiry-based practice began as a research fellow in the Howard Hughes Research Fellowship at Emory University (Bachelor’s of Science, 1998). Mindy is a regular presenter and participant in numerous professional networks spanning both Jewish and secular education. |
