We facilitate an inclusive and innovative redesign process that applies research and expert instructional practices to Jewish education programs. Our approach helps transform Jewish organizations into relevant, adaptive experiences, supporting the long-term sustainability of Jewish education. Mindy Gold is the founder and principal consultant of Gold Learning Solutions, an education consulting firm. Gold blends the power of digital and non-digital technologies to create communities of learners around reflective practice in online and face-to-face learning. She has spent her career working and conducting research on educational leadership, participatory action research methodologies, professional learning, and educational technology. Mindy is a faculty member of the Mandel Teacher Educator Institute (MTEI) and a Coach for the Spertus Institute for Jewish Learning and Leadership. She is a current faculty member at MTEI, and led their Graduate Program from 2018-2023, helping to expand the reach and participation of a network of over 250 graduates. In 2021-2022, she was the scholar-in-residence for Jewish LearningWorks’ Bonnie Tenenbaum Digital Learning Initiative. She is currently pursuing an EdD in Educational Leadership and Organizational Development at the University of Louisville. She holds a Master’s in Teaching from National Louis University (Chicago, IL) and a Certificate in Jewish Education from The University of Cincinnati. Her affinity for inquiry-based practice began as a research fellow in the Howard Hughes Research Fellowship at Emory University (Bachelor’s of Science, 1998). Mindy is a regular presenter and participant in numerous professional networks spanning both Jewish and secular education. Mindy lives in Nashville, Tennessee, with her husband and two sons, where she loves to read on the patio, walk on Nashville's many greenways, and tend her vegetable garden. |
